I developed a series of animated tutorial videos aimed at the Xfinity Mobile consumer audience to simplify and enhance their understanding of the service. These videos were designed to clearly explain a range of essential topics, from activating their devices and switching data plans to using features like autoconnect and seeking customer support. Additionally, the tutorials help users grasp key concepts like what a gigabyte of data is and how their billing works. By creating visually engaging and easy-to-follow animations, the goal was to empower customers with the knowledge to manage their Xfinity Mobile accounts effortlessly, ensuring a smoother and more informed user experience.
